A lot of buzz about the model, but I managed to find this video from Lego with a lot more pertinent info than any of the secondary sources.
The thing has PDK paddles and what appears to be a forward/reverse selector which changes the direction of the engine. Looks genuinely bad-ass. Will be available online in June, retail shops in August.

I'm going to try and order as soon as available. And build it as soon as it shows up

If not sooner!

I’m still kind of upset that Lego isn’t letting us spec it out like we could an actual Porsche 911. Sure, it’d cost more, but imagine having a unique Lego 911!

I built the Batman tumbler in abut 6 hours and the Unimog in about 5. I believe I'm fully qualified to post a build log to OPPO

I am alone in thinking it’s quite ugly? It’s really cool, and I want one, and I am very interested in building it, but I don’t think it really looks very nice as a finished product.

I wouldn’t call it beautiful, but I presume they did all they possibly could given the limitations of the Technic frame pieces.
